Hadil Al Khatib is a UAE-based entrepreneur, holistic nutrition and integrative gut health specialist, advisor, speaker and mentor working across health, food, wellness and entrepreneurship. She is known as Heal with Hadil and is the founder of three UAE-born concepts: The Broth Lab, The Roost Rotisserie and Catcha Matcha. Through her businesses and advisory work, she has built her career around the belief that better health and stronger businesses begin with the right foundations.

Through private coaching, Hadil supports individuals seeking a more holistic and sustainable approach to nutrition, gut health and overall wellbeing. Her work draws on integrative nutrition, ancestral principles, functional foods, lifestyle, stress and mindset, while recognizing the connection between the gut, body and mind. Her approach was shaped by her own experience of navigating a prolonged health crisis, which led her to explore a more comprehensive understanding of health and ultimately became the foundation of Heal with Hadil.

Alongside her work in wellness, Hadil advises founders, entrepreneurs, leadership teams and emerging food, wellness and lifestyle concepts across the GCC. Drawing on her experience of building and scaling multiple businesses, she helps leaders develop viable concepts, strengthen their positioning, prepare for growth and expand into new markets. Her advisory work spans business strategy, concept development, brand positioning, operations, leadership, innovation and regional expansion.

Through her writing, speaking and educational work, Hadil hopes to make conversations around nutrition, gut health, entrepreneurship and purposeful leadership more practical and accessible. She is particularly interested in exploring how personal wellbeing influences leadership, how food can support better health and how entrepreneurs can build businesses that create meaningful impact and sustainable growth.
