Ms. Philisa Bennett, Ed.S., GCDF, is an accomplished educator, curriculum specialist, and educational consultant with more than two decades of experience spanning K–12 education, adult learning, career development, and community engagement.

As the founder of LBC Educational Consulting, she partners with schools, organizations, and educational leaders to design transformative learning experiences, develop innovative curricula, and improve student outcomes. Her work is rooted in the belief that education should empower individuals through Growth, Resilience, Optimism, and Wealth (G.R.O.W.), a framework she developed to support both academic achievement and personal development.

Throughout her career, Philisa has led initiatives focused on career readiness, instructional coaching, teacher development, and student success. She has been recognized for her contributions to education through various professional honours and speaking engagements. She is known for her advocacy for “at-promise” students and underserved communities.
