Founder, NeuroBridge Learning Center

Dr. Annmarie Elizabeth Mendoza Hernandez is a cognitive psychologist, executive coach, and multilingual educator who helps people understand how their minds work and helps schools and workplaces fit the people in them. She is the founder of NeuroBridge Learning Center, where she supports neurodivergent students, families, educators, and professionals.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Doctor of Professional Studies in Cognitive Psychology, along with multiple master’s degrees. Her doctoral research, “The Cognitive Cost of Masking: How Late Diagnosis Impacts Learning and Cognitive Load in Neurodivergent Women,” examines the toll of spending years hiding how one’s mind works and why so many capable women are identified so late. She is certified in executive coaching, TEFL/TESOL, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neurodivergence.

She leads workshops for companies, schools, and government organizations on working effectively with neurodivergent employees, managers, and students. Her sessions give leaders and educators practical tools for clearer communication, better support, and stronger retention. She has also delivered more than 500 hours of soft skills training for executives, project managers, IT teams, and HR professionals, using situational simulations and virtual escape rooms, because people remember what they practice.

Dr. Mendoza Hernandez is the author of multiple books on neurodivergence, inclusive education, and workplace retention, including Unmasking, Neurodivergent, Not Broken, and The Inclusive Language Classroom.

Across all of her work, one question guides her: when someone struggles at school or work, does the environment fit their brain? She helps individuals, educators, and leaders answer that question and act on it.
