Ute Pfeifer is an entrepreneur, leadership mentor, and advocate for women's empowerment, with a career spanning architecture, business, and leadership development. Her work focuses on helping individuals, particularly women, lead more consciously and authentically in both life and business.

She began her career in the commercial sector before studying architecture, combining technical precision with creative problem-solving. Together with her husband, she later co-founded a structural engineering and construction planning company that grew to nearly 100 employees, with offices across Germany and an international presence in Abu Dhabi.

Through years of building businesses and working with teams, Ute developed a strong interest in leadership, human potential, and organizational dynamics, which led her to establish PfeiferINTERCOACH. There, she works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations on self-awareness, authentic leadership, and conscious decision-making, while advocating for women to reconnect with their inner voice and create lives and careers aligned with their values.

Her approach brings together business experience, structural thinking, and a deeply human perspective on leadership and growth, distinctively shaped by creative methods such as intuitive painting and therapeutic creative writing.
